TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. You agree to receive your invoice statement by email and understand that a paper document will not be sent.
  2. You confirm you are the registered invoice customer, or an authorised person/agent to receive statements on their behalf.
  3. All future invoice statements will be in the form of a PDF attachment to an email sent to the email address nominated by you.
  4. If you have more than one customer account, you will need to register separately for each account and you will receive separate email notifications for each of the registrations we receive.
  5. You must advise any other person who currently receives a paper invoice statement for this customer account that they will no longer receive it because of your request.
  6. If you authorise a person or agent to act on your behalf you must notify us when this changes or is canceled, and they must 'unsubscribe' from the registration. To unsubscribe, please email to info@kingston.vic.gov.au
  7. You must regularly check your nominated email address for your invoice statement.
  8. You agree the invoice statement is deemed served when it reaches your internet service provider, whether or not you have opened or read the email.
  9. You agree that you will retain the invoice statement information yourself electronically or by printing it.
  10. If you change your email address, you are required to re-register your new email address.
  11. Should the council receive an electronic 'delivery failure' notification from your email address the request for email delivery may be cancelled and a paper document will be posted to the last advised postal address.
  12. You can withdraw your request for email delivery of your rate notice at any time. To unsubscribe, please email info@kingston.vic.gov.au
